Barbara McCarthy, a retired Broward County Circuit Court Judge, brings extensive experience as a mediator, Magistrate, social worker, and educator. With over 10 years on the bench and 7 years as a Civil Magistrate, she has presided over thousands of cases, including 750 jury trials, and now assists in resolving disputes as a certified mediator, Special Master, and Arbitrator.
