Originally from Long Island, New York, he graduated from Cooper City High School and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Troy University, with concentrations in Political Science, Social Science, and Criminal Justice. A proud U.S. Army Reserves veteran, David developed a strong foundation of service that guided his 37-year career with the Broward Sheriff’s Office, including six years as an FBI task force officer focused on public safety and crime prevention.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, David serves as Chairman of the Board for the James Club Recovery Foundation, where he is committed to supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Glenn Roderman
