Davie Argenti
Chairman

David Argenti is a dedicated public servant and longtime Broward County resident with a career rooted in leadership, discipline, and community impact. Originally from Long Island, New York, he graduated from Cooper City High School and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Troy University, with concentrations in Political Science, Social Science, and Criminal Justice. A proud U.S. Army Reserves veteran, David developed a strong foundation of service that guided his 37-year career with the Broward Sheriff’s Office, including six years as an FBI task force officer focused on public safety and crime prevention.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, David serves as Chairman of the Board for the James Club Recovery Foundation, where he is committed to supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Guided by his personal motto, “One Day at a Time,” he brings compassion, accountability, and a deep belief in second chances to his work.

Glenn Roderman
Vice Chairman

Glenn R. Roderman is a highly respected legal professional and longtime South Florida resident with more than five decades of experience in Florida’s criminal justice system. A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, he has served as a state prosecutor, municipal judge in Broward County, mentor to attorneys, and legal analyst for ABC News Channel 10 in Miami, bringing extensive knowledge and insight to the field.

In addition to his distinguished legal career, Mr. Roderman serves on the Board of the James Club Recovery Foundation, where he supports individuals navigating recovery and the legal system. He is also the creator of the Spoken Law series, through which he emphasizes the importance of combining education and real-world experience to achieve meaningful outcomes in both law and life.

Andrea Gundersen
Board Member

Andrea Ruth Gundersen is a distinguished legal professional and former Broward County Circuit Judge with more than 30 years of experience in family and civil law. Originally from Massachusetts, she relocated to South Florida in 1989 to pursue her legal education and earned her Juris Doctor from Nova University in 1992. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to fair and effective legal outcomes.

Judge Gundersen served on the Broward County Circuit Court from 2017 to 2023, where she was widely recognized for her leadership and forward-thinking approach to the judicial process. She was instrumental in launching the Collaborative Law Pilot Project, an initiative designed to help families resolve disputes in a more cooperative and less adversarial manner. In addition to her time on the bench, she has held leadership roles within respected bar associations and has been honored as both a Florida Super Lawyer and Legal Elite, reflecting her excellence and impact within the legal community.

Barbara McCarthy

In addition to her judicial service, Judge McCarthy has worked as a mediator, Special Master, and Arbitrator, where she continues to help parties resolve disputes efficiently and collaboratively. Her professional background also includes experience as a social worker and special education teacher, which uniquely informs her compassionate and solutions-oriented approach. Barbara Stuart

Barbara Stuart is a respected business leader and community advocate with more than five decades of experience in printing, campaign consulting, and philanthropy. As the co-founder and president of Union Printing since 1973, she has built a highly regarded company known for its quality work and long-standing relationships with campaign candidates and union organizations. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have established Union Printing as a trusted name in the industry.

In addition to her professional success, Ms. Stuart is deeply involved in community service and charitable initiatives. She serves as a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Tamarac and has held leadership roles, including president of the board for House of Hope Inc. She also chairs fundraising efforts for mental health and substance abuse initiatives at the James Club Foundation and supports scholarships for women through the Women’s Awareness Group. Her contributions have earned her numerous honors, including induction into the Broward County Women’s Hall of Fame and recognition as Woman of the Year by the City of Lauderhill.

Bruce Raticoff

Eric Schwartzreich

Eric T. John Murphy

John Hager

Mr. DeHart has led multiple awareness initiatives, including walking over 1,000 miles from Fort Lauderdale to Washington, D.C., and additional long-distance campaigns across California and Texas to bring attention to human trafficking. Scott Dressler

Tim Lonergan

Tim Lonergan is a dedicated public servant and longtime Oakland Park resident who has been actively involved in local government and community leadership for over two decades. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he has called Oakland Park home since 2000, where he lives with his husband and their cat.

Mr. Lonergan served on the Oakland Park City Commission from 2013 to 2020, including terms as Mayor in 2016 and 2018. During his tenure, he focused on public safety, quality of life initiatives, and responsible local governance. He has also held leadership roles on regional boards, including the Broward League of Cities and the Broward County Water Advisory Board. He has also been a longtime leader within the Florida Surety Agents Association and has served as a certified instructor and expert witness.
